According to a study by employability assessment company Aspiring Minds, only 4.77 per cent candidates can write the correct logic for a programme — a minimum requirement for any programming job. Being an entrepreneur, its too difficult to find a developer who can design a software that fulfil our requirement. I am a hard core developer too, so i can judge the coding ability of a developer to code without taking the help of Google. I have taken lots of interviews during our recruitment of developer and I am very disappointed when they are not able to answer on basic questions.
